More about the Bracelets

I got so excited about the bracelets I forgot something very important: the website

lotusskyjewelry.com

I think they're working on the site (or it's my Chromebook) so I did this:

- click on a featured bracelet
- click on a companion bracelet shown below the description

There should be links under the roll bracelet link on the menu on the left.

I had to do that a couple times so be patient.

Or, you may get the submenu just by clicking on the roll bracelet link :-)

Where in the World have I been?

Hmm... I could tell you I've been on a trip around the world... hibernated in Montana... went digging for diamonds in Arkansas... (there really are diamonds there)...

Not even close.

I have a severe mental illness. My meds usually keep me settled. Usually. This fall I fell into a hole. It got to where trying to get out seemed senseless. Nothing was there to keep me going. I would have maybe just packed up and left if it hadn't been for Mavis. Sweet Mavis, completely dependent on me..

Things came to a head right after Christmas and I went into the hospital for a week. I resolved some issues and my meds were adjusted.

Something worked because now I feel energized. And relaxed. I look forward to the day. I'm actively trying to date again.

I'm enjoying life!

Help Ladies in Nepal

I came across a site that sells beaded bracelets made by women from Nepal. This is their way of becoming financially independent. The business itself is run by women for women. I think it's a wonderful thing they're doing.

I saw a couple of bracelets on a nurse when I was in hospital (more on that later) and asked her where she got them. "Ebay," she said. I went there and found a set of 6 for $35. When I received them (in fairly quick time) I also received a card giving me the direct link.

On the website there are single bracelets for $5.50 plus $3 shipping. There are also duos and small sets. But, the best bargain is the grab bag: 10 bracelets for $35 plus $3 shipping.

I love my bracelets! I've already gone into buying a grab bag with 2 friends - 3 hand-made bracelets at about $4 a piece isn't bad! We already have plans to buy more later.

These bracelets are addictive!!

The photo shows the actual bracelets I received. A friend is modeling them for me.

Support them if you can. Enjoy the beauty.

by the way, I don't get anything for promoting these bracelets
